20 years ago, I founded Wound Care Advantage with the goal of supporting hospital-based wound centers so they could avoid the costs of management companies and better treat the patients they serve. Over the years we’ve had a lot of successes,  made many mistakes, and learned a lot of lessons. 

To celebrate, we’re launching 20 for 20: 20 Tips for 20 Years. Throughout this video series, we’ll be sharing 20 key takeaways that made a difference in how we run our centers. Each one can be implemented in any program today to improve healing outcomes, center revenue, and patient satisfaction. It’s our way of giving back to the industry we’ve called home for the past two decades.
