Question: What should I do if I forget my username or password?
Answer: Click 'Forgot Password' on the luvo Sign-In Page, enter your email address, click "Next" and follow the remaining instructions. Look in your inbox for the system generated email and follow the prompts. Check your spam folder if you don't receive instructions in a few minutes.
